31 DayBlog Challenge: Day 2

This morning I was going through my emails, most of which are subscriptions to the various blogs I follow.  I saw one that is PERFECT for me.  It's a 31 Day Blog Challenge.  The author of Fabulous Finds by Tiffany has made this very easy for us by providing daily prompts.  I know I'm a day late, but I thought I would join in.  I will still try to write my normal posts throughout the week, which I know have been lacking lately.

Day 2: Favorite Quote

This one is actually fairly easy for me.  I first found this quote in 2006, right after my at the time fiance, joined the Army Reserves and left for Basic Training.  When he was at training and while he was deployed, I said this prayer every day.

 

This prayer has always stayed with me.  It is by far my favorite quote.

      Thank you. I have it printed and put into a small photo frame box that I keep by my bed. Not that I need it, I memorized it long ago.

    Such beautiful words. I couldn't imagine being an Army wife, it has gotta be tough.
